3 ways to do Gridwork
Every single Nature Empath and Lightworker is also a powerful Gridworker.
Let me explain.
When you are totally connected to your soul frequency, you are a Shining One, a powerful Light Being, yourself!
People are attracted by your energy, you feel like you are flying, and life is a natural flow of Love and Ligh!
In that state of high frequency, you are maintaining the energies of the place you are living, visiting, or focusing on, just by being who you are! And you are born with this valuable gift!
Therefore, I mean that every Lightworker and Nature Empath is also a Gridworker – helping to maintain the Light Grids of Gaia.
A grid is an energetic vibration.
When you visit your friend and enter their house, you feel the energy of the place; when you meet with a person, you sense that person's energy.
Just as well, everything else has an energy – every living sentient being, place, situation, feeling, thought, and so on.
Keeping the energy of Light (Holding the Grid)
By being who you are, you send healing and Light to the world around you! And this is one way of doing gridwork – raising the energy and the vibration of our beautiful Planet, Gaia!
Cleaning and Building Light Grids
The second way of doing gridwork is what I do through Planetary Healing. And when you join, you are also doing it: clearing old grids and lower vibrations by focusing on the frequency of Love, Light, and Gratitude. We are calling in the Beings of Light and asking them to add their sacred Light to an existing grid. We are asking them to cleanse, energize, and empower it.
We are also building new grids. We ask the Light Beings and the Angels to create an entirely new energetic grid, fill it with the sacred codes and templates, and ground that Grid into the Golden Ages of Gaia.
This is a very intense, powerful, and precise work; when it is done, it fills us with joy and energy! And the rewards for our souls are immense!!
After this work, I am usually so energized that I must go for a long walk in Nature. This helps my body integrate that high energy and joy and regain balance and harmony. I am also sharing the session's outcome with Nature, and the Tree Beings, so the new energies are grounded into the place I am living, elevating the frequency of it.
Maintaining Light Grid
The third way of doing gridwork is connecting to the beautiful Light Grid we have already created. For the first three weeks, we link daily, afterward once a week, then once a month - until the vibration becomes fully embodied.
Does it make sense?
When we create new Grids of Light, they are like a valuable seed just planted! It has the true potential of a huge tree, yet it is still a seed.
When we return to it again and again, pouring over it love, - we help it grow.
We continue sending Love and Light until it becomes a healthy young tree. This is how we co-create the New Golden Age as Lightworkers, Gridworkers, and Nature Empaths!

The simple fact that you are attracted to Lightwork means that you are a powerful co-creator of the New Golden Age!
Yet, you need to do the work of maintaining your energy and Light.
You maintain your high energy by:
Having a daily vibrational practice
Grounding, centering, and protecting yourself
Listening to your body and respecting its need for healthy food, water, and rest
Connecting daily to your powerful Guides and Angels
Having healthy, respectful, loving relationships
Letting go of the saviour and the victim behaviours – the situations where you need to 'save' another person or when you feel like a victim is throwing you off your beautiful Light frequency
